I have read the above information carefully and have filled out this application honestly. I understand that omission of information and/or failure to answer all questions can result in this application being declined. Also, if omission or untruth is discovered after an adoption takes place, I understand that To The Rescue, Inc. reserves the right to annul the adoption and reclaim the animal. I give To The Rescue, Inc. permission to fully investigate the information provided as well as contact veterinarians and related officials. If the application passes this review, I agree to a home and yard visit by a To The Rescue, Inc. volunteer before an adoption decision is made.
In addition, I understand the adoption decision is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the compatibility of the family and home to the individual animal, and other applications received on this animal. I understand it is To The Rescue Inc.'s prerogative to decide which home is most appropriate and that their decision is final. Therefore I will not argue with the decision. We review many applications and try to get back to everyone. If you have not heard from us in 7 days, your application was either denied or we went with another applicant we felt fit the needs of the specific animal. Upon application approval, please be prepared to pick up your new pet as soon as possible (same day or next). We cannot hold any animal due to the amount of animals that need saved from the shelter and placed in a foster home.
